5. SHIPPING AND HEAT ADVISORY

We ship from Gilbert/Phoenix, Arizona. Due to the extreme heat in this region, we take precautions in our packaging. However:

• Salt by Sarbacher is not responsible for products left in mailboxes or outdoors for extended periods in high temperatures.

• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL (SUBSCRIBE & SAVE)

If you choose our subscription model:

• Automatic Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file every thirty (30) days for the price of one bottle plus applicable taxes and shipping.

• Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the consumable nature of our products and food safety regulations:

• We generally do not accept returns of opened bottles.

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@saltbysarbacher.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joseph Sarbacher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
